Search your route and dates on the home page, pick the fare that suits you, then enter traveller and payment details. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference once the ticket is issued.
Most tickets are issued within a few minutes of payment. On some fares the airline requires a manual check, which can take up to 24 hours. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive the ticket number.
For flights booked at least 7 days before departure, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that window, the airline's own fare rules apply and an agency fee may be charged.
Airline fares change in real time and are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete. If the price moves while you are booking, we will tell you before anything is charged.
Yes. A non-refundable agency service fee applies to bookings, changes and cancellations. It ranges from $0 to $250 depending on the route and cabin, and it is shown before you pay.
Most airlines do not allow a name change after ticketing, and some treat even a spelling correction as a reissue. Contact us as soon as you spot an error — the sooner it is raised, the more options there are.
Baggage depends on the airline and the fare you choose. The allowance is shown on the fare before you book and again on your confirmation. Extra bags are usually cheaper bought in advance than at the airport.
Entry requirements are your responsibility. Check that your passport has at least six months validity and that you hold any visa or health documents your destination requires. Airlines deny boarding for missing paperwork.
On many airlines yes, either during booking or later through the airline directly with your reference. Some low-cost fares charge for any seat selection.
You are entitled to a refund or an alternative flight under the airline's Contract of Carriage. Contact us with your booking reference and we will arrange it with the airline on your behalf.
