By accessing or using the Flydealsfare platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Flydealsfare acts as an intermediary between you and the travel service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). When you book through us, you enter into a direct contract with the provider. • Price Volatility: Prices are not guaranteed until the ticketing process is complete. If a price change occurs during the booking process, we will notify you before finalizing the charge. • Infants & Minors: Infants (under 2 years) must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors (5-17 years) are subject to airline-specific escort fees and policies. • Secure Processing: All payments are processed using PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant encryption.

Cancellations are subject to the specific rules of the travel provider. In addition to any provider fees, Flydealsfare may charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations or changes. • 24-Hour Policy: For flights booked at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. • Post-Payment Guarantee: If the airline cancels a flight, you are entitled to a refund or alternative as per the airline's Contract of Carriage.

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports (with at least 6 months validity), visas, and health certificates required for entry into their destination country. Flydealsfare is not liable for boarding denials due to improper documentation.

Flydealsfare charges a non-refundable agency service fee for facilitating bookings, changes, and cancellations. These fees range from $0 to $250 depending on the complexity of the route and class of service.
